Mainichi Shimbun is reporting sales of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl exceeded 2.75 million in the period September 28 to October 29, 2006. And, total DS Lite sales exceed 5.5 million.

We were passed 2.5 million on the last check so that value makes sense.

It's clear that Pokémon is still going strong anyway.

DP has sold 2,935,294 units, according to Famitsu.

Also, last week (November 12) was the seventh week DP topped the charts. RS was also able to top the chart for seven weeks. Can we do eight weeks? Find out on Wednesday...

I've heard both March 2007 and Spring 2007... but I wouldn't get my hopes up with it.
Just your local rumor. Can't remember where I heard it, though.

Remember that brief period of insanity where people were going around believing the rumor that the English version was coming out November 2006?

A article on Gamespot, irc, that was about the sales of DP, and then mentioned how sells would be like that this November.

They were referring to the release of FFIII in the US, but people read it wrong.
