offer- Flying Pikachu and Japanese Rotom

What do you need i have many lvl 1 pokemon such as the starters would you like any of them for your rotom?
 
I want a flying Pikachu.. badly.
Stupid Pokewalker always gives me Pikachu with Surf!

Uhm... would you like a chikorita? Dratini? Feebas?
 
i would also offer most starters as an offer, i ahve all 3 snioh, bulbasaur and charmander, and finaly cyndaquil.

i can also get you the lvl 1 base form of any pokemon on my team. (see avatar)
 
for the Flying Pikachu:
TRU arceus
VGC09 shiney milotic

and i have other shineys, legendary and stuff.
