If someone with an ar could make me a poke I have a cloned shiny bagon for offer. I want a shiny Chinchou with perfect iv's(really high), the ability static thunder punch and one other really good electirc move and aI am not sure about the nature yet? Is there a nature that boosts all the stats at once?

There is not.
Chinchou is strong in Sp. Def and SP. Att, while it's weak in attack.
I'd recommend Calm or Modest.

I don't suppose you're willing to trade for anything less than that chinchou?
 
Well what are you offering JSteel?

What does clam do? I know modest boosts sp attack and lowers attack. So what does calm do?
 
Calm boosts sp. def while lowering attack.
How about shiny Lickitung or Zubat?
 
Alright, i can do that for you. I can make it now, but i'll have to get it to you tomorrow (my DS is in my car) if that's okay? And just tell me what nature you want it in?
 
Um Modest nature. When tomarrow? Between 5 and 9 pm central is not very good for me. I mean I can If therre is no other choice but I would rather it be 9 pm and after.
