Offering daincie

I got a Rayquaza the other day off the GTS, but I don't know how legit it is.
Any suggestions on how to find out?
 
I have two legit V-Create Victini's sitting around.

Only issue is that every trade I've attempted for a Diancie for anything that has been redeemed has failed to work...
