Offering Entei Untrained

Well I could offer a giratina, a phion egg, any starter from any geenration and any pseudo-legends eggs or hatched, depends ^^.
 
I'm really looking to get a palkia. or something around that sort.
 
If I trade to my Heart Gold, which form would it be? Do you have an Arceus?
 
It's in its Aletered form, I only have diamond, and no I dont have an arceus. I have three of them, but I'll keep one:

Lv 70, gentle, UT
LV 68, sassy, T (21 lv, not by me)

I could perhaps throw in a starter or a phione egg (or hatched) in addition ;)
