It's Adamant and has the move Flare Blitz, Dragon Dance, Outrage and dragon Rush

I'm looking for a Timid Treecko with Leech Seed and the IV spread: 7Hp/30Atk/30Def/31Sp.Atk/31Sp.Def/31Spd.
