I don't know about EV/IV's but on the stats screen it says: Likes to Fight.

Lugia

I also need Latias and Entei so if you have both I'd be willing to trade Arceus as well a choice item, power item, TM or other Non-legendary pokemon ( I have all starters, Munchlax, Feebas, everything really just ask.)
