Unless it is Japanese then the Azure Flute was hack into the game. As it was never rls outside japan. So it is only semi-legit.

it doesn't have to be TRU

TRU/MICHINA/Movie 9 Arceus will all activate the Sinjoh event. The game treat them as the same.

As far as I know, the HoO event hasn't been released anywhere, even Japan. Otherwise you're correct.
