The Tangela has a calm nature. It's level 39 and already knows AncientPower, so it'd evolve after a level-up.

Edit: And it's female, if that matters.

What do you consider high-leveled? 40+, 50+? For starters, I can offer Furret (42), Whismer (42), Spinda (45), Rapidash (43), Charizard (49 - Bonus with awesome moveset: Air Slash, Flamethrower, Dragon Claw, Shadow Claw), Bellossom (50), Vileplume (50), Lapras (44 or 46 - 44 has Body Slam, Ice Beam, Psychic; 46 has Body Slam, Ice Beam, Brine, and Waterfall), Hippowdon (54 - Thunder Fang, Crunch, Earthquake, Double-Edge), Parasect (61), Aron (45).

Remember, you'd get the Power Weight, too.
