I am offering what the title says I believe this pokemon is legit. As well, it is level 100.

I would like to trade it for another, American, Shiny Deoxys. I do not want Birth Island, as I already have one of those. I would like GAMESTP or Space Center shiny legit Deoxys. I would prefer if it were UT.

But Birth Island Deoxys is a SR/RNGable Pokémon just like Darkrai and Shaymin in Gen IV games, not a downloaded event, so it is possible to get a legitimate one.

Oh, sorry. You're right, SPACE C or Gamestp event Deoxys do not come as shiny.
