IVs, or Individual Values, are hidden values added to a stat ranging from 0 to 31. If you have the EVs (Effort Values), you can imput the statsm level, and EVs into an IV calculator and it'll tell you the IVs.

From what I calculate, I'm guessing it's IVs are something like
5-10 / 25-31 / 10-12 / 5-10 / 12-16 / 5-10
