This guy came from a hacked game, he has 80 ribbons attached to him and as a result, I can't trade him away on the GTS.

The only reason I kept him from the hacked game was purely to get his data in my Pokedex. I've never used him in battle, so can't say how good he'd be.

Moves - Frenzy Plant, Eruption, Water Spout, Sheer Cold
IV Breakdown - 329/219/329/219/209

I'm willing to take basically anything for him, he comes with the nickname SPIKES which I can't get rid of because I'm not the OT.

Just please no magikarps or feebas.
