I can give you #173 (Cleffa), 174 (Igglybuff), 238 (Smoochum) and 239 (Elekid) for free. They have nicknames, though, but I can get rid of them if necessary.

I am interested in your female and male Cyndaquils with egg moves: Extrasensory, and Swagger. I don't have any of the pokemon you need (they are on my FR game), and most of the pokemon you need are worth much more than egg move Cyndaquils. If you have need for them, I can offer heart scales for the two. I also have a pokewalker flying Pikachu that I could trade you. Is there anything else you want that I could give you?
