No, but I got it from Shinykratos, who told me it was legit, cause i know it is almost impossible to get a shiny manaphy, but it says "link trade" which is the only way to get one, so it makes sense.
 
diagla is from diamond not shiny and the ninetails is legit.
 
I will offer a shiny rayquaza, but i would like you to get the manaohy a total hack check before I agree

The rayquaza, to my knowledge at least, is legit

There is an "Is my pokemon hacked thread" and I think people with an AR could identify it
