I have on hand with me 4 Dwebbles, all with an Attack IV of 31. i can test all of the IV's on one of them if you ask. They are all UT, Level 1, have Fury Cutter and Endure, and here are their details:
Dwebble #1
Nature: Serious (Neutral)
Gender: Female
Ability: Shell Armor
Dwebble #2
Nature: Lax (+Defense, -Special Defense)
Gender: Male
Ability: Sturdy
Dwebble #3
Nature: Impish (+Defense, -Special Attack)
Gender: Female
Ability: Sturdy
Dwebble #4
Nature:Sassy (+Speed, -Special Defense)
Gender: Male
Ability: Sturdy

I can make more at any time, and for a special offer, i can get you a Dwebble with a 31 IV in Attack and Defense.

I am looking for:

All starters Except for Snivy
Weedle
Growlithe
Moon Stone (X2)

For a Perfect Attack and Defense Dwebble, i would be looking for something like:

almost any shiny
most Gen V events
 
I'm interested in Dwebble #4 or either male really~ You want a Charamander or a moonstone for one~?
 
I wouldn't mind getting my hands on one of these, either. I can offer any starters other than chikorita, treecko, mudkip, chimchar, and turtwig, although those last three I plan on getting soon. Any combination of those sound alright?
