I have quite a few Ralts and Eevees in my Pearl version, I was breeding them to get the natures I wanted and there are some that didn't quite make the cut that would be either good for breeding yourself, or alternate movesets.
All are level 1 as hatchlings generally are.
All Eevees know Tackle, Tail Whip and Helping Hand.
All Ralts know Growl (yeah, I know. :/)
I have the following natures and genders for each.
Eevee:
Relaxed (M)
Bashful (M)
Adamant (M)
Rash x2 (both M)
Modest (M)
Ralts:
Calm x2 (both M)
Careful (M)
Mild (F)
Docile (M)
Serious (F)
Hasty x2 (one M one F)
Lax (M)
In return, uh... well, shinies are a pretty cool guy, htey sparkle and doesnt afraid of anything. I don't even mind if they're hacked, really. IF POSSIBLE (unlikely though it may be), the following shinies/their evolutions are absolutely awesome and WILL GET YOU AN ATTACHED MASTER BALL WITH YOUR CHOSEN POKEMON:
For regular Pokemon you won't get a Master Ball, but you will still get your Eevee/Ralts and I will throw in a Rare Candy because I'm a sweetie, or any other item you request that I might have. Also, ANY SUICUNE WILL EARN YOU A MASTER BALL.

Just to name a few. Those are not the only things I'll trade for, those are just my preferred ones. Of course, you may make an offer in here and ask any questions you may have.
TL;DR version: A Master Ball will accompany any Eevee or Ralts that is being traded for any shiny, the spoilers have my preferred shinies and preferred regular Pokemon and those will have Rare Candies (or whatever other items you may want that I might have.)
