I got this Shiny 10 ANIV Celebi from PokeBeach member and almost everyone says it's legit. But most people says 10 ANIV Pokemon can't be shiny.

I will be giving away Hacked(maybe) Shiny 10 ANIV Celebi to 1st poster. I don't like shiny events anyway, unless it's supposed to be shiny.
