The Froakie is Hasty, has 31 in everything but HP, and knows Water Pulse, Smokescreen, and Round.

The eggs contain Zoruas or Squirtles.

For the Froakie, I would love another 5 IV pokemon with good moves and nature, especially Baton Pass Torchic, Bullet Punch/Crunch Riolu, Scyther, or Disable Gastly, but feel free to offer something else too.

As for the eggs, anything's fine as long as you take care of it.

Looking back to confirm my stuff, I found I have a non-shiny Torchic of Adamant nature (+Attack, -Special Attack)
with egg moves of: Night Slash, Baton Pass, Low Kick and Feint. It is level 1 and Untrained with Pokérus and in a poké ball.

It's IVs are 31/31/31/xx/31/31.
