He's not UT obviously, and I highly doubt he's legit, but he's shiny nonetheless. I don't care for Exploud and judging by the things he does when I talk to him, he doesn't like me either lol
Check my wanted list to see if you have anything to offer! (keep in mind that he's shiny, make a decent offer)
 
I can trade you a hacked shiny Poliwrath for it. Everything looks normal about it except the encounter location, which is one in which the Poliwag line do not appear in the wild.
 
Ok, sounds good to me. The trade needs to be tomorrow though, wifi is messing up too badly to trade.
