Could I have the lonely male? Will point out that the nidoran females only know pursuit as an egg move (I thought they learned head smash as well, but I just checked and found I was wrong 
) and I only have females with rivalry left, is that ok?
And pokemon are born with IVs, but they're pretty much impossible to determine at level 1. If you rare candy them up as high as you can or do an IV battle then input their stats into the calculator, it'll let you know what they are.

"Individual values, also known as determinant values (both often shortened, respectively, to IVs and DVs), are the Pokémon analogue to genes. They are instrumental in determining the differing stats of Pokémon, most specifically of the same species."
"There are six IVs, one for each of the basic stats: HP, Attack, Defense, Speed, Special Attack and Special Defense. In Generations I and II, only four IVs were stored: Special Attack and Special Defense shared an IV, and the HP IV was calculated from the Attack, Defense, Speed and Special IVs."
we can do an iv battle and then put the ivs into the calculaor
