Just caught her, and even if I played Ubers there still wouldn't be a spot on my team for her. I didn't think I should let it go to waste, and I dont RNG, so I think this is about as good as I can hope for IV wise.

The IVs are: 8,9 / 25,26,27 / 8,9 / 28,29 / 13,14 / 31
Standard format for the IVs.


I'm looking for a few Substitute tm's, but feel free to make offers if you have 1 or less.

EVs are 252 HP/242 Sp. Def/16 Speed. Moveset is Rest, Sleep Talk, Sludge Bomb and Will-o-Wisp.

What fc should I use and are you able to trade now?
