Offering tons of Cyndaquils and other starters

Okay, I might want a few starters. Later on I will post which ones i want, because I'm already getting a few from one of my friends.
 
Are they just random, or they have specified Iv's/Ev's?

Are you looking for any particular Pokémon? Because I would like a Squirtle for a more interesting Water type. Psyduck's too dull. XD
 
I need a Female Charmander. Simple as that. Doesn't need to be newly hatched or anything, I just need one.
 
I need a cyndaquil, I'm not sure what you want for one though...
 
I am in need of the Johto starters. I have many different things, including multipule Giratinas with the Gresious Orb attached. Just tell me what you want. I will PM my friend code when details are arranged.
