everything listed here is 100% legit
caught them myself so I can nickname them if you want (except for a couple which were traded from LG/E or my previous diamond game)
also can infect with pokerus upon request

but shiny water pokemon are always nice
also a non cloned space center Deoxys, TRU Manaphy, and TRU Darkrai

I made a mistake before
only one dialga has pokerus

also the IV's are averages but most of them are pretty sure
for the dialgas it's 100% sure that's a 0 and a 31

for giratina everything is 100% except the 13
there's a 50% chance it's a 14
 
Can I have the togepi? (If you want I can clone and trade it back)

I got most of them in trades, so I can't be sure... and why do you have a problem with clones? It's the exact same pokemon, right down to the hex values.
