Official site reveals Rugged Helmet card: Promos from the Summer Carnival also shown

In the last weekly update before the release of the Japanese expansion, Red Collection, the official TCG blog reveals the second of two Pokémon Tool cards: Rugged Helmet. Also featured were a few promotional cards to be released during the Summer Carnival, an event taking place in Japan from July 23 to Aug 28. These promotional cards include a Pikachu Jumbo card, an Emolga reprint from the Black Collection, and a set of promotional Energy cards.

I wonder when this will come to the U.S.? Since I just recently got into Pokémon... I've been really interested in the TCG. I assume it won't come here until next year though - maybe - or late next year? Anyone know? I'm just a silly noob when it comes to this stuff.
