So I got my 8th badge and I'll be doing some grinding in order get all my monsters from Lv40+ to 50 before hitting the league.

Now I'm not interested in catching all of the monsters in one game, I plan to do this within all 10 games playable on my DS Lite. After analyzing the 20 missing monsters from my Dex, seems that only 5 will remain unseen from the wild or from battling trainers (including the Elite Four and the Champion) after beating the game and the trainers on route 225 to 230.

They are:

Dusknoir
Blissey
Chimecho
Gengar
Rampardos

I don't plan on catching any of their pre-evolution forms in Platinum, so is there any other location that would allow me to see them (trainer battle, picture, anything) for my Dex entry?

Thank

I think most of those come during/after the league. I didn't see Rampardos until I had rematches against Roark.

Don't be lazy and catch them?

Doesn't your rival always have Snorlax?

Not too sure about dusknoir, possibly Victory Road.

Snorlax will be in your rival's party when you fight him just before the league.

Everyone else will definately be inside Victory road.

Chimecho could be found on Mt.Coronet (the inside in the upper portions at least).

Blissey wouldn't be too hard to accomplish with the Happiny egg you received way back in the early part of the game. All you have to do is evolve it with an oval stone (which you should have recieved) and then put the soothe bell on chansey and ride your bike for a bit. Once she loves you just level her up once, andf wahla.. a blissey. Shouldn't take longer then an hour or two. If you give her a massage and feed her some pffins it will be even quicker.

According to Bulbapedia, I won't find any of those in the wild but Snorlax will be in my rivals party's so thanks to those of you who mentioned it (I modified my original post to remove him).

Also, as I stated, I won't be catching their pre-evolved forms, I already have a strategy: http://pages.infinit.net/bps007/PKMN.zip
