Take out Evire and put on a Special Sweeper...it's good to have sweepers but if you're going to have two of them and their both physical then you're screwed when you come across a physical wall and also mence has a lot of counters so yeah get another special sweeper. Also maybe put focus sash on skarm or roost because lefties wont do much for you if he's a LEAD.

I understand the Special sweepers part but completely disagree with the rest. Mence firstly doesn't have very many counters, infact nothing can safely counter DD Mence. Focus Sash on Skarm is just dumb no offense. Skarmory isn't a suicide lead, and infact it shouldn't even be a lead but I'll get to that later. If anything, you should run Shed Shell but Magnezone's aren't very common on wifi so Lefties work fine.

To start, I am really not understanding this team like last time. If you can, say what the goal is. Not send in wall, sweep with this then sweep with that. Every team needs to try and accomplish something specific be it counter everything and play off of residual damage, or set up for a late game sweep with some pokemon such as SD Lucario. Right now, all I see is a bunch of random pokemon that have just been tossed together. If you want people to give you a good, in depth rate, then you need to show that you actually put effort into your team and didn't just spend 5 minutes making it.

rather then rating each team member, I'll start with the team in general. First, you have a Skarmory, a pokemon found only in balanced and stall teams. Then you have a DD Salamence who fits in offensive teams. Then theirs Electivire who in my opinion is just a bad pokemon as he is easily walled no matter what set he runs though the mix set is slightly better. CB Metagross is really just an inferior CB Scizor in every way. Milotic is incapable of properly walling anything in the current metagame which is why it is often left out for other bulky waters such as Vaporeon and Gyarados. Weavile is pure set up as a CB set and very easily taken down by Scizor.

Rather than completely rebuilding this team for you from scratch I will ask that you go back to step one. If you need help building a new team, feel free to ask me for help. Good luck.

My bad dude. I just give idea's that I think would be best but yeah..sorry.
But yeah I've ran FS Skarm before and sometimes it saved me, and I think Roost on a Skarm should just be there when Lefties won't get you back to the health where you might not survive another hit. Also I think in OU a lot of Pokemon CAN counter Mence but not while in Outrage ._.
Anyways that's just what I think.

Oh and that team might need a spinner or put Spikes and/or TSpikes on a wall, it can be useful.

u gotta understand mc this DD mence of mine isnt like the last one no 31 atk IV and not adamant it has a sp atk EV to it too for fireblast

so i need some DDs before i go on outrage

That's the standard set and spread except it's 24 in SAtk. DD Mence is hard to switch into as almost every counter needs to be at near full health to stop him. The best way to beat him is to force him to Outrage and send in a steel type. If you want, I could help with basic ideas for building a team around DD Mence as you already have some key members.
