hi , i remembered playing pokemon blue when it came out in the us a long time ago , so i decided to pick up pokemon diamond.

im trying to build a good team and need some advice and help.

so far the pokemon i was able to get (from a friend)
are

Gible
laparas

and im wanting to build a well balanced party
i have thought about adding a salamance ( i know ill have to evo bagon )

anyway i hope you all can recomend other pokemon to fill up my team.

i was thinking maybe a good electric type or grasstype
but im open to any suggestions.

If you have a gible, you don't need a salamance. They are the same type as far as balancing is concerned. I'd go with an electric over grass. Are you going to be trading for pokemon or still finding pokemon within diamond first? At what point are you in the game?

im at the 3rd gym - im hoping to trade my frinds for the pokemon i want / need

please suggest certian pokemon

also with the whole system of sweepers / poekmon do a certain job , i dont realy get that so if you could say who does what ill lok at a guide and try to get tms to make sure they have the right kind of moves
