Old Mansion Dream World event announced: Event to begin on Sept. 28

Update: Old Mansion (Spooky Manor in English) will also be available internationally on Sept. 28. Duskull and Misdreavus are revealed to be among the Pokémon available in the location.

Yay we get it! well all we need is the Cafe =(... I want Moody Smeargle... I hope Abra is in.. he will be a nightmare... dear lord imagine Life Orb Psychics... those things hurt enough already and he can use it without recoil...
 
Weird... offer the two Pokemon via DW that don't have Hidden Abilities...

Not complaining, though. I needed a Dusknoir on my team anyways.
 
Awesome. We need a place for spooky Pokémon to hang out...plus a new mini-game! I'm hoping DW Grimer will be available there...
 
Ah, it's awesome that it's available outside Japan! It's gonna be cool, looking forward to it.
 
Only DW-Wobbuffet and DW-Spiritomb can be thought to be any good... well, while Wobbuffet needs Shadow Tag to make it work, such makes it an Uber... meh, Telpathy Wobbuffet sucks.

So that leaves us with Infiltrator Spiritimb--eh, scratch that: Unnerve Houndour can be decent.
 
Hey I just got to play the area.. when I was on the DW I managed to get to the place... so far I've seen a bunch of Psychic types and Houndour and Mawile
 
Weird... is anyone else having a problem with finding absolutely no items or Pokemon at all? I've only been in the old mansion once only to find nothing...

Odds are you used up the amount of times you can find Pokemon and items... after awhile they stop spawning. I had no problem though

EDIT: How do I get to the Spooky Manor? It's not appearing like the Café did; is it random by entering the Dream Isle?

EDIT 4: Got a female Houndour. All I was really finding were Gastly, Drowzee and Stunky. I saw a Smoochum, but they have no Hidden Ability.

That Smeargle interests me. Also because I need a Smeargle anyway.
 
I kept finding Bronzor >:/ Got a female Houndour though and some Nanab berries, a couple Razz berries, and an Old Gateau.
 
There are a lot of interesting Pokemon with Hidden Abilities from the list I checked. Sableye is one of the better additions, because now its usefulness becomes a lot better than before. While Sableye's problem is its low defences, it's made up by its typing, because certain priority moves won't affect it, not to mention its lack of weaknesses. Alakazam is also one that got a great boost thanks to this place, who now can use Magic Guard to the best (and Skill Swap to partners). Volbeat is interesting as well, thanks to Tail Glow passing. It's also nice to see some Pokemon getting to show off their Dream World abilities even when they may not use it to the full extent. Spiritomb might as well be annoying defensively with Pressure, and Gardevoir can be better with Trace. Hypno can make use of Inner Focus, though, and it's a funny ability for it. The oddest addition to me is Wobbuffet getting Telepathy, because I doubt any player will want this variation of Wobbuffet. Also, it's funny to see Meowth with Unnerve (as opposed to Persian), but if Team Rocket's Meowth can make scary faces from time to time, I am fine with that.
