You'd be amazed how many old schoolers ask that right after coming back. ^^;;; Long story short, Koni asked Nintendo about the legal position of his program, and got a cease and desist from them, so that was the end of that.

And as for my age, I'm 19.
In fact, back when I first joined BMG, in 2003 there used to be a poll and thread called "How Old Are You, Pokemon Fans?" (it was in the General Pokemon forum).
Anyway, the results to that poll were very surprising and interesting.

It has been so long since someone posted in here.
but anyway
i am an oldschooler aswell joined in 1999/2000 as the same name that i have right now.
in that period people made fun of this name because gohan was japanese for rise?
so McRise... yer yer...
anyway
i remember konidias and p.o.l. like yesterday
konidias nowadays still works for graal (zone,kingdom).
I believe right now if he would start his pokemon online adventure nintendo wouldnt care.
there are many pokemon games out now, including some online pokemon game i wont mention its adress.
i believe they have given their rights away, so people can do with it what they want.
