"Old Style" Bar at the Side

So, because of the updates of VB that've been added, I noticed it's made it so the bar at the side (with the Twitter feed and mods online and stuff) doesn't only appear on the main page anymore, but also when you're looking at a specific forum. Is there any way to change it back so it appears on the front page but not within a forum?

Yeah, this is really picky, but I've just gotten used to the previous one and it just irritates me when stuff changes like this (I know it's VB's fault and not BMG's, just in case that didn't come across right xD)

Actually, this *is* out fault, because it's something I actually added with an addon. This was intentional, to help make updates on the BulbaNewsNow Twitter, etc, more prominent, so you'd see them without having to go back to the front page.

Oh, okay - is there any way for me to disable it? Or is it a forum-wide-or-nothing kind of thing?
