If you're talking about what Pokemon can use what TM, the moveset data for Generation III Pokemon moves aren't even complete - much less I and II.
The only thing I'm wondering about is how we're going to explain moves that can only be learned by breeding with Pokemon who can only learn the move via TM in Generation I. Confusing.
