Wow, this could give a huge boost to the legalized prostitution effort. "It's instinctual!"
 
wow, guess its their version of giving flowers or something, but practises like this have been happening in the animal world or ages, some male spiders of different species wrap up flies or whatever they caught in their web and give them to females as pre nuptial gifts so they can get some action. You could say the male spiders are giving the female spiders "meat"

Anyway, the "wine and dine" was kinda funny
 
*cough* You coudl call it the equivalent of giving flower. You could also call it the equivalent of, you know, giving somebody a way to sustain themselves (like, say...cash) for sex.

But that would be dirty-minded.
 
Y'know...this kind of explains a lot. From how AIDS migrated to people (chimpanzee hookers) to where prostitution came from (chimpanzee hookers).

chimps need lovin too. and with all these female chimps getting paid with lots of meat for their goodies, i gotta wonder...are there such things as Chimp-pimps?

Seriously, chimps in the wild scare the heck out of me. Infanticide, hunting and killing of other monkeys in the area, even mini 'wars' between rival troops...it kinda makes you realize where humans get their assholeish behaviors from. It's definitely food for thought.

Anyway, on-topic...erm...wow. Somehow, I'm not surprised :-/
 
Really? Hmm I wonder if chimpanzees also have assassins in the higher up ranks. That hoomin bad he chop forest! Take coconut with rocks and keel! Of course I am kidding but if they did then hey lol! But anyway prostotution is also a monkeys favorite thing? I guess that explains why they need to hump something every 5 minutes.

I'm starting to think maybe it's just not chimps. It's all primates.

But I guess it really shouldn't be that surprising. If they're closely related to humans.

Why would we discuss hooker stories? They're hardly relevant. Unless the hookers were apes, then it becomes somewhat relevant. But also REALLY creepy and likely inappropriate. So...y'know...either way, not a path worth traveling.
