Hi guys,
With some concerns about crediting translators for translations of titles, summaries, scans, etc. being brought up recently, please keep in mind the following:
- You must credit the person who made the translation and state where they made it if you can. Sometimes the translator's name is lost when it is posted on different sites, so we understand that it isn't always possible to credit the translator. Cases like this are rare however, and by searching the exact translation on google, it is usually possibly to find the translator and where they first posted it.
- If you cannot credit the translator, then you must state that you did not make the translation. Those falsely claiming translations as their own, or creating the impression that it is their own will be asked to stop and punished if it continues.
With these new measures we hope that the translators out there who spare their free time to help the fandom will be credited fairly and be given recognition for their work.
If anyone has any questions about this, don't hesistate to contact any member of the Pokémon Anime staff.
