I had a 10+ minute Database Error. If it was like a 2 minute one or one that goes away after 2-3 refreshes I wouldn't have cared, but a 10+ minute one? Either a bigger tech team is needed or...well I'll let you decide...
 
they're working on it. chill pill bub. I'm sure theyre fully aware of the situation
 
I got two database errors actually, coupled with a few 504, 502 and the usual 503 errors. Resulted in Bmgf being down for most of the evening, leaving me with doing constructive things ... eewwww.
 
Yeah I had a few 503 and 504s for a while, then just got database errors. I hadn't had database errors since October/November before this-morning.

Edit: Had a 503 while trying to post this :p

I've been sitting at my computer for the past five hours mashing F5 on the Bulbagarden forums waiting for the site to come back up. I'm glad its back.

But seriously, pretend that when the forums are down it's our version of the day Nickelodeon doesn't air anything to get people to go outside.

That's rough =\...Bloody 503s...Got one when tying this
 
We had a significant error, not sure if it was related to the 503's or not. All I know is that it almost killed the database for the forums, brought the server down for hours, and required me to disturb the tech on his holiday to get a fix.

Be gentle with the forums, please. Tech is back at the start of Feb (Yeah, I know, I said this week before. I got the dates wrong.), and he'll deal with everything outstanding then. Until then...please post up here if you get any issues.
 
Mine's lasted four hours. A couple of 503's and database errors. >.< Meh, at least I found things to do... but it's still annoying.

I just cried ... well ... kinda.

It helps get it out of my system.



BUUUUUTTTT srsly. IS this an overloaded server issue or software related?
 
It's working now for me. I was trying to get on earlier from the library so I could use the Java and got a nice collection of 503, 504, & 502 errors. (I ended up giving up and using Mibbit. That's when I noticed our lovely topic. xD)
 
This isn't good - I just had a Database Error, and I got back her, but everyone that was just on - they're offline :(
