Title: One Million Reasons Why I Miss You
Rated: PG (+10)
Pikashipping One-Shot (Ash and Pikachu)
Warning: Character Death
“He’s not himself! He just hasn’t been right… ” Whispered Dawn.
“I know, it’s just that he misses Pikachu,” Brock told her.
‘I wish you were here,’ Ash thought to himself. He didn’t here anyone or see anyone just barely could he feel them. ‘I wake up in the morning, I expect to see you smiling away!... But this time… I don’t even see you anywhere, and without that sight I’m blind.’
*Flash Back!*
“ha! You can’t get your precious Pikachu back now twerp,” Yelled Jessie. Ash was determined to get Pikachu back, but seemed like he was failing.
“Give me back my Pikachu, and my pokemon, NOW,” Ash demanded. He couldn’t free Pikachu if no one was there with any pokemon. He tried to jump on the hot air balloon but kept failing.
“PIKACHU-PI,” Pikachu cried out for it’s trainer in pain. It was on a metal machine that had dangerous magnetic fields for an electric type pokemon, like Pikachu. Ash tried to reach and grab it one more time. He got hold of it! For only a second before he fell to the ground hard. He was in pain to but was determined to get back his best friend. He tried to run but was no match for the quick flying hot air balloon! He just kept falling, trying to limp to Pikachu.
Ash cried when he saw the hot air balloon was out of sight. When he heard something that had him collapse into tears, a cry of pain, so unbelievable, like someone died.
“PIII-CAA-CHU-pi…….” Pikachu fell into a sudden deep sleep. His eyes that were shut tightly began to open with no control, as it’s eyes slid up into his head. All you would see were white circles with no pupils, like spirit. It’s body rested as it stopped struggling. It’s head threw back and it’s soul left it’s body… Pikachu, was dead!
“PIKACHU!!!” Ash yelled, tears quickly fell from his a eyes. A rainstorm of tears had now hit the ground. Ash fell to his nees as he had no more energy, it just left him… With his best friend… He suddenly realised the pain he forgot about in all that drama. His nees were bleeding and his head had a huge bump. He had scratches from the horrible fall, but was no where near as bad as Pikachu. He cried in pain for his best friend and forgotten pain.
“I promise you, I won’t forget you, ever, Pikachu,” Ash mumbled. ‘I’ll miss you so much, you were by best friend, here from the start, the only one who ever understood me! The person to always help me through. The one to cares for me with all his mite. When all hope seemed gone, it came back thanks to you! You were my willpower, you were my… EVERYTHING! My one true… love…’ Ash thought to himself as tears slid down his cheeks. From all the commotion he suddenly collapsed! He fainted?
*End Of Flash Back*
‘So now here I am… Stuck in this hospital bed… My friends probably starring at me right now… I don’t care if I go back… If I can’t have my best friend… I can’t live…’ He thought.
“ASH! ASH! WAKE UP!” A voice cried. He slowly opened his eyes to see Brock standing there. “Are you okay? We found out what happened to… Pikachu” Brock explained.
“Is he still alive?” Ash asked, hoping to get a yes. But it was the opposite…
“No, we’re sorry Ash, Pikachu had a high fever from that magnetic force. It couldn’t take anymore and left, it died,” Brock answered.
Ash sighed, “I need to walk,” he said. Brock forced him back down.
“Your still hurt Ash, you haft to rest…” With that Brock left to let him sleep. Ash closed his eyes and then came a dream.
“Goodbye.. Old Friend!” said an unreconisable female voice. Ash looked around for the mouth the words came from. He only saw pikachu who walked over, then sat on his shoulder… One last time, gave him one last hug, and one last touch… A kiss! Tears slid down their faces as Pikachu drifted away with the wind, up to heaven.
“Now that I’ve said goodbye, I can leave in peace and harmony, and I promise I won’t forget you, I’ll wait for you, Ash,” Finished Pikachu. It whispered one last thing, “I love you, Ash”.
“PIKACHU! I-I love you too!...” Ash broke into tears, “One Million reasons why I’ll miss you! One million reasons why I love you! One million reasons why I’ll wait for you and only you! Out of a million!” They both whispered.
