After getting bored of the same sets from Smogon over and over, I decided to make my own team from (mostly) scratch. Here it is.

Aerodactyl@Focus Sash
Jolly
252 Spe
252 Atk
4 HP
Pressure

Taunt
Stealth Rock
Ice Fang
Rock Slide

One of the two sets from Smogon, this is possibly my favorite lead ever. Taunt, Stealth Rock, then hax away.

Miltank@Leftovers
Lax
252 Def
252 Spe
4 HP
Thick Fat

Milk Drink
Heal Bell
Toxic
Swagger

Before you go "Wut, Speed?", I want this to stop the opponent with Swagger and Toxic before healing or switching out.

Latias@Choice Scarf
Calm
252 SpD
252 Spe
4 HP

Trick
Wish
Attract
Psychic

The Special equivilant to Miltank, Trick the Scarf away and Attract if possible, Wish if not.

Blissey@Leftovers
Modest
252 HP
252 SpA
4 Def
Serene Grace

Calm Mind
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Softboiled

Yes, this is a Blissey sweeper. CM before Boltbeam with Softboiled to heal.

Rhyperior@Leftovers
Impish
252 Def
126 Atk
126 HP
Solid Rock

Roar
Earthquake
Megahorn
???

A phazer, the ??? was Stealth Rock before I added Aero, and I'm thinking about scrapping him because of Skarmory.

Skarmory@Leftovers
Impish
252 Atk
252 Spe
4 Def
Keen Eye

Spikes
Whirlwind
Brave Bird
Roost

Spikes and Whirlwinds untill he can spike again. Brave Bird for an attack and Roost for recovery.

maybe use porygon-Z over blissey. Also taunt seems like a problem to this team. also give latias thunderwave over attract (if she can learn it, else toxic). And if your opponent suspects swagger, he might switch into a physical attacker, which can hurt you.

A Taunt user laughs in the face of this team. also, There is a Gigantic weakness to Lucario, and other fighting types.
and pretty much any mixed attacker.

I just ran into a Luke and got destroyed, so yeah, I know. I'm testing out different Psychics for Rhy's spot, but I can't think of one that has synergy with the rest of my team.

no no no. If you want a decent Staller, you will find none in psychics (other than celebi), who is still weak to the uncommon Blaze Kick/Fire Paunch Lucario

Cresslia is a good psychic wall :)
and lucario cant touch it unless it has dark pulse :)

Well to start, Aero isn't really made for stall. I would suggest using Hippowdon.

Hippowdon@Leftovers
Impish
EVs:252 HP/ 168 Def/ 88 SpD
-EQuake
-Roar
-SR
-Slack Off

This will not only get up rocks but also Sandstorm. It has great bulk and canheal off any damage it takes with SLack Off. Roar lets him shuffle the opponents team letting you deal damage through spikes and sr. EQuake is his main form of attack and lets him properly counter Ttar.

Next I would suggest using the standard EV spread for Blissey. It isn't a sweeper, never will be. If your playing stall then you shouldn't be worried about damage output.

Next I would change Miltank to Tentacruel since you lack a counter to physical Infernape and Toxic Spikes user.

Tentacruel@Leftovers
Calm
EVs:252 HP/ 120 Def/ 136 SpD
-Surf
-Toxic Spikes
-Rapid Spin
-Sludge Bomb/ Rest

Tentacruel has excellent bulk and will work really well here.
The moveset should be pretty simple. The choice between Sludge Bomb and Rest is tough though. It's up to you, better coverage, or heal off damage and status.

Next change Latias to a more defensive set. A simple spread of 252 HP/ 4 Def/ 252 Spe with a Timid nature. This will let it revenge kill the likes of Salamence without much trouble. A moveset of Wish-Dragon Pulse-Reflect-Roar will work well with leftovers. I would actually use a Rest Talk Gyarados in this spot but you lack a wish passer so yeah. You just won't be able to beat other stall teams very easily without something like ResTalk Gyarados or Swampert.

Lastly I would suggest using a scarf Rotom-A since you don't have a spin blocker which is a huge problem.

Good Luck

1: I never said Aero was to stall. He's just my lead.
2: Blissey is there as it is because nobody ever thinks OMG A BLISSEY SWEEPER! It messes them up a lot.
3: You're no fun, trying to make my team tipical .\_/.
just kidding (but I'm keeping bliss the way she is. You'd be suprised.)

I'm not thinking about this too hard right now, but I have several thoughts.

First off, keep Aerodactyl. He's cool, and doesn't really fit the typical stall thing. I'm wondering if it's not possible for some kind of Taunt/Substitute combo on Aery to work some stall magic. I know he also gets a little-used White Herb/Curse set which might be fun.

Miltank is one of my favorite Pokemon for support, but your use of Swagger got me to thinking how unreliable that move is. An interesting solution is Bibarel. Unaware means that opponents hit themselves with boosted attack while Bibarel is only hit with normal levels. This would be a difficult Pokemon to use in OU, but it is a strategy I've wanted to try for quite some time.

Don't scrap Rhyperior for Skarmory unless you absolutely have to. Seriously, you want to make an unorthodox stall team. You should not have both Blissey and Skarmory.

mc2094 is right. Blissey is and will never be a special attacker. Just because it could sort of function as one doesn't mean it should. For example, I've managed to take out one or two Pokemon by surprise value with a CB Focus Punch Blissey for laughs before, but that didn't make it a good strategy.

DCM also has a point. A lot of your team is Taunt bait. Try spreading your support moves out more so that you can have some attacking moves on each Pokemon.

I've never done any serious stall before, so I don't have a great idea of what should happen, but I know what stereotypical is, and it's boring. Good luck with doing something different.
