Madhouse strikes yet again. One Punch Man is a new anime about a guy named Saitama who trained so hard that he became bald and gained the ability to defeat anything with one punch. Because he is so overpowered, he becomes bored with life and hilarity ensues.

Who else is keeping up with this? I'm really enjoying it myself. Please no manga/webcomic spoilers!
 
What? I have never heard of this series, now I have to check it out based on this description, sounds hilarious though.

I LOVE IT.

The whole story is so hilarious. My friend and boyfriend had recommended this to me for a long time, so I watched one episode before getting hooked. I read the manga up to chapter 60-something, and the series itself is so funny and intense all at the same time that I rewatch the anime scenes whenever I want a good laugh. My fav character is Speed of Sound Sonic (lol).

I wish they'd draw Saitama with serious expressions a lot more often because he's so badass. The dream-fight in episode one was amazing.
 
This was one of the few series that caught my eye to give a chance to this season, and I'm glad I did. I haven't laughed out loud this much watching anything in quite a while. Every time I think it's about to take itself seriously, my expectations are turned on their head (usually by Saitama). I think it's managed to pace itself quite nicely so far (probably thanks in no small part to the slapstick), and is a refreshing part of every Sunday afternoon for me. :)
 
So far I haven't been disappointed by the show. I'm really looking forward to today's episode!
 
I just finished today's episode. Puripuri Prisoner had me in stitches! As well as Saitama and Genos talking while sprinting, and Saitama riding on the back of Mumen Rider's bike... I'm anticipating the next episode even more than usual.
 
That was one of the best episodes yet. Puri Puri Prisonor was fucking hilarious, I love Speed O' Sound Sonic and Mumen Rider and there was really good action. Sucks we have to wait another week to see the end xD
 
Same for me, just caught up in the manga myself. Here's hoping for a second season
 
This sounds like the cheat code in GTA San Andreas, where you can send people flying with one punch. :p
