Online Customizable Pokedex

So I just bought Soul Silver, and I already owned a copy of Pearl. I want to play through Soul Silver and try and pick up any Pokemon that I haven't yet in Pearl. So I was hoping to find some website that allows me to build a version of my Pokedex from Pearl online so I don't have to create a pen and paper version or constantly switch cartridges to recheck whether I have it or not.
