Seismic Toss is a 3rd Gen tutor move, so I'm not going to be too hopeful for this.
However, Mr.Mime does learn Mimic, so I'm not sure whether the Mimic glitch can be used to learn it in HG/SS (I've never used the glitch, so correct me if I'm wrong).
Needs to be Male. Needs to know Seismic Toss. MUST NOT be hacked.
Offering RNG'ing services to whoever has one with the move, legitimately (the HG/SS Mimic glitch I don't mind, because it's a glitch not a hack... if it works).
