Orange Islands Hack ROM

Hi, I read that somewhere on the web there is a Hack Rom for GBA of a version of the Orange Islands. You start with Lapras and have to battle the 4 Gym Leaders, etc... anyone has it? I'm really looking for it.

I've seen something like that, but it was a Red/Blue hack, not a Ruby/Sapphire one.
