Do you think we'll ever see the Orange Islands in a game? I've been wanting to be able to play on them for forever, they were one of my favorite locations in the anime.
 
No, they're a long forgotten plot by the animé, and will probably never be used again.

The closest you'll probably get would be the Sevii Islands, what with it's own Lugia, an island volcano with Moltres in and being south of the Kanto region.

The orange island series and the first series were the best of the Pokemon anime. It would good if they did make a game out of it but they probably wont because no one remebers/cares about the orange islands anymore
 
It'd be interesting if they'd be added in as a side location, League and all, but I don't think we'll ever see them as a main location.
 
Sometimes I feel the Sevii Islands were inspired by that garbage.
 
The Orange League is too small to have its own main series game, but they'd be great for a side location in a game. Everybody loves side quests.

Or maybe put Orange Islands in a side-series game.

Pokémon Naranja has the only good Orange game. The others are crap.

Do you realize how short that game would be? Also there were still ONLY the first gen Pokemon and the gym's didn't even have real battles, but some whack competitions. That would be a horrible game.
 
I disagree, I think that the game could make great use of the new technology, especially if it were a WiiWare game.
 
No. But if you really want it, there is a hack game about it I believe.

As others said its never going to happen as its god knows how old and they forgot it already. Oh and the obvious Anime=/=Games.
