Do you listen to any music in another language? (Other than your native language, of course)

Well, not counting Spanish or English, I do listen to music in Italian, namely Laura Pausini (who also sings in English and Spanish) and Andrea Bocelli. I have listened to modern French music, but I cannot find any music from them on the net, other than Celine Dion, who sings mostly in English. I'd need to go to Québec. I also like Japenese Rock/Pop, mostly Puffy AmiYumi (though many of their songs are actually in English), and enjoy it a lot, but don't have any CDs. I doubt I'll ever find them in here, for the music stores are mostly English ;_;. So I use the Internet for that. :-D That is, until I have my own money and can buy it on the Internet =D

I LOVE PUFFY AMIYUMI! :-D :kawaii:

*is listening to True Asia by Puffy AmiYumi* I don't know what it says (the title is English but lyrics are Japanese), but they rock! *goes off to search the lyrics* :-D *attempts to sing* My pronunciation would probably give nightmares to a Japanese person, but meh :p

I am a big fan of J-pop, and J-rock to a lesser extent. My favorite artist is Megumi Hayashibara (give Musashi her own song, dammit!).

I adore spanish pop, as well as jpop and jrock

German is also nice, but I have a hard time finding it.

Mostly Japanese, though mostly non-vocal in my library. My playlist though is mainly vocal.

Mostly Japanese here too, though anime themes more the j-pop and j-rock. I've also got a few Russian and French songs mixed around in my playlist, but not that many. And they're from anime.

Could you guys recommend me some of your fave Japanese singers or bands? (I like both rock and pop). I'm always up for trying new stuff! Perhaps I'll like them too... :-D

Hm, the occasional Russian Bratja. Not much really, and also the rarely heard ska vi slå vad in Swedish. Also, I hear few malay songs on my radio. Probably a little of creative Chinese songs.
That's all I hear other than English and Japanese I guess.

My playlist is mostly in English, with a few operatic songs in Italian by Andrea Bocelli or Reneé Fleming. Anything by Yoko Kanno is terrific.

I listen to Japanese stuff like most of the members but I have a liking for Korean Pokemon music, specifically the first season which IMO totally pwns the Japanese one.
My favorite artist is Megumi Hayashibara
Wow! Me too! Then again a lot of people like her. She's like a Japanese Britney Spears *is shot* Nonono! I'm just joking!

I listen to a lot of Japanese stuff, but I have Chinese and Korean, too. I'll listen to any language.

My favorite J-pop artists at the moment are KAT-TUN, Bennie K, Matsuura Aya, KOTOKO... I could name a lot.

Hayashibara Megumi has about a bazillion times more staying power than Britney Spears. Hayashibara-san spans more than a decade! She has a lot of good songs.

I listen to English (language) music like Elton John, The Beatles, and various other artists in that sort of category. However, I mostly listen to Japanese music these days by Mika Nakashima, Utada Hikaru, Asuca Hayashi and even Maaya Sakamoto.

Excluding the Pokémon-related stuff, I really only have these artists on my playlist:
夏川りみ Natsukawa Rimi
BEGIN
中島美嘉 Nakashima Mika (2 songs)
平原綾香 Hirahara Ayaka (1 song)
THE BOOM (宮沢和史 Miyazawa Kazufumi) (1 song)

I think I will be adding a few 森山良子 Moriyama Ryōko pieces to my playlist, once I find enough good ones...

I listen to Galician music by Luar Na Lubre. I really like "Chove En Santiago" and "Nau". I like the Italian Pokémon opening "Oltre I Cieli Dell'Avventura". Los Prisioneros' "Estrechez de Corazón" is nice, too. "Les Portes Du Souvenir" by Les Nubians is a cool song as well, but that's the only French song I listen to....

Pokemon music. Loves me that Japanese pop stuff. I also like some songs by Gackt ("Lu:na"), Dir en Grey ("Red...[em]"), Glay ("Yuuwaku") and Schwarz Stein ("Addictive Epicurian"). I also listen to other anime songs: a couple from Slayers, one from Naruto, one from Cowboy Bebop, etc.

Where do you guys find Japanese music? I'm having trouble finding a radio ior website that plays music/videos from the artists ye suggested. I went Yahoo Music Japan, but obviously I can't understand a thing ;_;.

And Window Media Player is bs -_-. I found a website in English that plays Japanese music on radio, but it said the server was too busy >>.

Uhm, I mainly download illegal MP3s. ^^

ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION
L'Arc~en~Ciel
BOYSTYLE
BEAT CRUSADERSSowelu
HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR

I don't think you'll be able to guess my ultimate fave. :p
