Our Spoiler Policy for the Legends: Z-A - The Mega Dimension DLC

With the smaller scale of content in store compared to the base game, we asked for feedback in regard to whether our regular 3 week policy for release spoilers would be suitable for The Mega Dimension. After a poll was set up, the results skewed towards 2 weeks after release (December 23rd 15:00 UTC) being the best solution for unrevealed Mega Dimension content!

So here's how The Mega Dimension's spoiler policy will exclusively go:

• Upon reveal, anything officially announced for The Mega Dimension before release is fair game to be posted about site-wide/used in profiles immediately. - If TPC has announced it already, it's complete fair game, so don't be afraid to discuss the newly announced mechanic site-wide or make your pfp the latest announced Pokémon.
• For the first 2 weeks of release, anything unrevealed up to The Mega Dimensions' release must be put within a labeled spoiler tab when discussed outside of the dedicated section. Use on profiles is limited and dependent. - Signatures should be fine if they use an inline spoiler that is labeled nearby (no collapsable spoiler tags per our signature rules). Meanwhile with the lack of spoiler toggle on them, avatars of this unannounced content should be held off on for these first 3 weeks
• After 2 weeks (December 23rd 15:00 UTC), everything is fair game within all sections and on profiles, no spoiler disclaimers required!

Of course, our regular 3 week policy is still currently in effect for regular game releases, and even then, it's possible this unique 2 week policy for DLC will only be in place for The Mega Dimension. We've since figured two polices might be confusing otherwise, but considering we already asked for user feedback here, we'll keep our word for The Mega Dimension. Just note this may change for future games' DLCs.

Finally, we're aware the various Bulbagarden sites have had different lengths in place regard to their spoiler policy that aren't comparable to each. For the time being, keep each Bulbagarden branch's spoiler polices in mind when discussing the Mega Dimension between them.
