Outrage or Dragon Rush???

Outrage by a long shot. Dragon Rush is simply too unreliable with just 75% accuracy. If you're so averse to getting locked into Outrage (understandable, with all the Steel-types running around), there's always Dragon Claw.
 
Outrage is pretty much blatantly overpowered with the buffs.
 
both have they pros and cons
outrage -Pros : it overpowers dragon rush, has better acc - cons: you are trapped for a couple of turns if you use and at the end of it you get confused
Dragon Rush -Pros : it's much controlled (not being stuck in a attack) - cons : much less power, much less
it's recommend to use outrage
 
My dragonite carries dragon dance and outrage. After one dragon dance it can one shot mostly any non-steal type. Besides, outrage has 20% more power than dragon rush. Protip have Dragonite hold a lum berry
 
Outrage. Despite that Dragon Rush has the advantage of making a Pokemon Flinch, doesn't trap your Pokemon, and it's accuracy problem could be overcome with a Wide Lens (to an extent), you can do so much more with Outrage. Your Dragonite is probably going to be physical powerhouse. Perhaps a wall if you build her correctly, you should focus on that. Make sure she has great attack and make her hold an item that boosts that attack (or a lum berry if you want that, but in my experience, I wouldn't go that route). Dragonite is great as long as she isn't fighting an Ice or Water type (or Pokemon that knows an Ice attack), which well, she'd probably be dead anyways...

Really, in the end, what you want to remember is don't rely fully on Dragonite. That's all. :p
 
Outrage is the better move, because of dragon rush's awful accuracy, but it's still unreliable since it locks you in, which makes it easy for the opponent to switch in something with an ice move and kill you. Revenge killing's even easier, provided you knocked out their last pokemon. Personally, I'd probably go for dragon claw, though it is noticeably less powerful than either of the others.
 
I'd recommend using outrage; even with the confusion side affect, outrage is still a far more devastating move. Anyway, you could give your dragonite a persim or lum berry and double-up outrages. dragon rush, although it has the ability to cause someone the flinch, has far lower accuracy and power. Outrage all the way!
 
Outrage + Lum Berry >>>>>>> Dragon Rush.

I can't even count the times I've been KO'd by Outrage. Even though I dislike dragons and dragon moves as a whole, Outrage is a move I admit that's awesome

If you're worried about Fairy types, you DO get untrapped from it.
Also, Dragon Claw >>>>>> Dragon Rush, if you hate Confusion.
