Pal Park stopped working

After a 4 week break from Diamond, I got back into it the other day. However, I tried to import some more Pokemon from my Japanese Emerald version, yet I get this odd message every time I try. Then it goes back to the main screen. Has this happened to anyone else? I tried to change the date, but to no avail...

What "odd message" are you seeing?

Are you sure you have caught all the Pokémon you previously imported?
 
It goes through everything normally, then it tries to load the game, then I get a message (can't read Japanese) with 24 in it. Then I wait a day, and nothing...Oy vey..Can anyone else explain this to me?

Well, how are we supposed to explain a message we haven't seen?
 
It appears to have the same message as if you try to import more monsters right after the 6 for a given day. The weird thing is, there are no other monsters in the Pal Park running around, and I haven't played my Diamond in almost a month.

It's quite perplexing.
