That depends on the nature/role of the Palkia in your team. Refer to the RMT/Help my team thread, bulbapedia or any web page detailing team building for more information on roles/natures/movesets etc.
 
My Palkia has:

Thunder, Special Rend, Toxic and Dragon Claw. My level 53 Palkia whooped the Elite 4's Garchomp with 2 Dragon claw moves

...no. Bulbapedia doesn't have anything on team building whatsoever >__> Whenever someone asks for input on their Pokémon there, they're told to go ask at the forums instead, so that won't really help.. >__>

Sorry, i was'nt clear enough. I meant for information on natures etc, not necessarily for in depth team building. Thanks for pointing that out Tina. :)
