Display your opinions about the pokemon, movesets etc. I could use the advice

Why don't you tell your Manaphy to learn Hydro Pump? or you could always teach it Waterfall. Also, is it the Focus Band that lets your pokemon stay alive after a really strong attack? If it is, give one to your Swampert.

Giratina is the only Pokémon considered uber in your team; that was justified by making it level 85 while the others are at 100.

And why are you using Grass Knot on Shaymin? Seed Flare does everything Grass Knot does, even better; Seed Flare has consistent base power (I think 120 or greater?) and has the potential to flinch the target, especially with Serene Grace. And PBR battles are generally 3-on-3 instead of 6-on-6, so Seed Flare would probably not run out of its 8 PP (assuming PP Maxed) anyway. Are you worried about PP stallers? Do you think Seed Flare is overkill? Do you not have any heart scales? Because I think Shaymin (at least the event Shaymin) can learn Seed Flare by level 50, let alone 95; you could have saved the extra Grass Knot for, say Pikachu.

Shaymin has Natural Cure, Shaymin-S can't be used on PBR. And Seed Flare's effect is lowering the foe's SpDef two or one stages (can't remember).

People in this thread really need to know their stuff before posting... >_>

Why would you put TWO dragon moves on Darkrai? That's my question. Especially considering how bad Roar of Time is (Hyper Beam type moves are never worth it, especially in double battles where you then leave one of your Pokemon to take on two of theirs for a turn). I would suggest Focus Blast in the last slot, as it allows you to hit everything except Heracross and Toxicroak for at least neutral damage. Spacial Rend is also probably not that good, as it only gives you super effective hits against dragons. Nasty Plot makes a great move to put in here, allowing you to bulk up your already massive special attack while they sleep.

Another option on Darkrai if you have Platinum is Icy Wind. This may sound weird, but it's a great strategy. Since Darkrai outspeeds most things, you hit before their sweepers (hopefully) and lower their speed one stage, making way for your other, slower sweeper to rip through them.

Seed Flare's effect is lowering the foe's SpDef two or one stages (can't remember).

I believe it was one stage.
Anyways I was confused. Air Slash was the move that caused flinching, not Seed Flare. My bad.

Its not like having an 80% chance of lowering SDef is a bad thing in competitive play. As a special attacker, lowering your opponent's special defense makes it hard for them to send a counter in on you aif you actually had entry hazards in play, then it would be even more sueful.

Also it is two stages, that's what makes it so annoying to fight.
