EDIT: I think Bowser should be the new leader of Team Rocket, or at the very least make a siege on Bulbagarden from the Mushroom Kingdom. Now THAT would be an epic takeover I could support!

I do belive is canon,Koopalings and baby bowser anyone?Who is their mother?you know this was the only thing you throught about when you played Mario 5.
 
Bowser's already admitted to Bowser Jr. that Peach is not Bowser Jr.'s mother. The same can probably be said about the Koopalings, unless he took some of Peach's DNA and combined it with his own to form the Koopalings. Even so, she supposed to be pure-hearted, so the Koopalings would have sense of right and wrong, I think, if she was their mother. They'd also look more human, but they really don't. They look, if anything, like KAMEK was their mother. (Yeah, yeah, mpreg, sue me.)

Bowser has two reasons for his obsessions with Peach. The first is that he wants to either marry her or force her into taking over the Mushroom Kingdom for his own, and the second is that he has some kind of genuine affection for her. The first reason for a lot of her kidnappings at his hands shows up more in the older games. Now, however, we start to see the other reason in play if you squint.

(Although I now realize that Bowser could have told Baby Bowser that Peach was his mother in order to have her captured without revealing himself. :/ )

Bowser likes Peach
Peach likes Mario
Mario likes Peach


Big fight between Mario and Bowser for Peach's heart (and poor Luigi sits on the sidelines...)
 
Hm, Bowser did become part of the Pokemon universe starting in Melee so I see how this is indeed canon.

I would not be surprised if all the Koopa species are forms of Pokemon on other worlds.

Probably the same with mushroom people such as Toad being related to plant pokemon, and I think Princess Peach Toadstool is some breed of that.
