Oh ok, as of now I have Charmander w/ EM(Dragon Pulse&DD), Beldum, Shuckle w/ HA, Rufflet, Sneasel w/ EM(Pursuit, Fake Out and Icicle Crash), Dratini w/ HA, Chimchar w/ HA and EM(Thunder Punch), Pawniard w/ EM(Sucker Punch), and Misdreavus. All of these Pokes are guaranteed 4 to 5 perfect IVs.

As for Maison, please tell me what do you prefer(please not the AC..lol).
