I have three birds, empolen, heatran, cressilla, Shaymin and latios
everyone is lvl 100 except shaymin and latios (untouched)

all legit the shaymin and latios r ubtoched shaymin is lv 20 and latios lvl 40
 
Lv.20 Shaymin? Cannot be legit at lv.20. Also Natures, and stats at minimum...
